urmila.September 30, 2014 at 3:56 pm #2500Hi there,
1.) Can you please make sure that Admin Notification Settings is ON from
Admin Notification page?
2.) Please try to use a different email address than what you see on
“TO” or “Recipient” Box
3.) Please make sure there is no formatting like ”
email@example.com” email should only be: “email@example.com” with no spacesPlease follow the same thing for User Notification Page!
Thanks
September 30, 2014 at 6:28 pm #2504Hi, I’ve got the same isssue. In “General Settings” I have e-mail verification option on, but after user registration there’s no e-mail with verification code. Moreover, the alert after registration says only: “Thank you for registration” with no information about verification email. Strange thing is, that when i manually resend the verification email from “Unverified Users” page it comes to the mailbox immediately. I checked it on two different WordPress 4.0 installations, two different servers, and I’m pretty sure, that the rest of configuration is set properly. Can anyone help?
