Refund Policy

Our refund policy is very simple. You can return any product within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
To request a refund, simply deactivate the license key from your site and go to Genetech Store . Next, login to your account and click on Support > Submit a ticket and then fill out the form with your request and invoice number. Our support team will process your request as soon as it is received. The refund process starts when the plugin is deactivated, and the payment will reflect within 5-10 business days.
Please note that we DO NOT accept any refund requests after 14 days of purchase.
