I am having a similar problem.
My form shows up really good on local and was working fine on staging until now.
the profile and registration page are completely blank and the register form is back to default form ignoring all the changes i have made.
I have transferred all the file and db to staging again and can’t figure out what’s causing it because local is working fine.
Help required really urgent
