So, a new version is out and, suprise (no, not really), of course it was NOT fixed.
Support virtually non existant here (threads unanswered for months) and bugs get not fixed…

thanks.
Any chance that someone has a look on the
Menu visibility control
thread… that got never fixed.
Andreas KleinParticipantA month later, I did not see any fix…
Andreas KleinParticipantDespite todays update to 3.0.9, a change to the visibility status in the menu control is still not saved so the menu item visibility control is still not working.
Andreas KleinParticipantIf I can try anything local (having full access to the webserver), let me know.

Nav Menu roles was added to solve the problem, it has no effect on the problem.
Error log is empty.
Thanks,
Andreas
Andreas KleinParticipantBut let me recommend that your login form should support the hook used by 2 factor auth plugins, too. That would be great.
Andreas KleinParticipantThanks, solved that.
Andreas KleinParticipantMany thanks for the fix. The layout in the menu editor is now fixed, but a change to the visibility settings is still not saved.
Example: I added a “Register” entry to the menu. That only makes sense for non-logged in used. If I restrict the visibility to those by choosing “Show to non-logged in users” and save, the setting goes back to “default”. -
