Just now, I try edit a profile data and get the almost same error above:
Warning: Illegal string offset ‘date’ in G:\wamp\www\lupus\wp-content\plugins\pie-register\classes\edit_form.php on line 449
I’m working in localhost yet with wordpress 4.1
The user mentioned is the administrator.
How can I proceed?

Hello,

Please mark yes to “Delete All Settings on Uninstall” at General
Settings page and remove the plugin.
then download/install a fresh copy.
