Hello,

We have activated the Twilio add-on, Twilio service and added the 2-way login in phone in registration form. PIN expiration time set to 15min.

Registration no problem.
Log in within 10 seconds, received a 4-digit PIN in the 2-way phone number SMS.
Got error: PIN expired, please re-login.
Tried a few times, same error.

Did we miss something?

Hi,

This is a community forum. You have purchased a license, please login to your Store account and open your ticket here. Also, please attach screenshots of your Twilio > User settings section and expiry error message with your ticket.
