Submit not working

After I have filled in all the fields and click submit it does nothing. If i miss a field I get the field in red. But nothing happens when it is filled out completely.

I found out my form is not working when I use umlauts like Ä Ü Ö which are very common in German language. Is the a patch for this or can you change something in the next update?

Is there any particular field or these string not acceptable on each field? please provide additional details.
