Registration form vanished and cannot rebuild

    Hi,

    We have used PieRegister for a few years now. We are not sure what happened but the registration form vanished from the WP config. No changes were made to the PieRegister form that we know of, it has worked and not been changed for a long time.

    Now on the form designer and on the live website the form is blank.

    If I try to add back in some fields in the form editor and save them, it just reverts back to a blank form, no changes are saved.

    Are there any pointers you can give me to make the form work again or advice for things I could look into please?

Well, can you please provide more details about your WordPress Install, PR Version you are using, Plugins and Theme you have installed. Also please take a look at browser console to see if there is any Javascript Error? Can you also share screenshots?

    Hi,

    Thanks for your response. The version of PR is 2.0.13 on WordPress 3.9.1. I don’t think it’s a version problem though as this has not been changed in some time.

    I don’t see any javascript errors when loading the form or when trying to save/modify the form in the form editor.

    Thanks for the update. Well, since it’s an older version of Pie-Register and WordPress, (i understand nothing would’ve changed but) it is difficult to speculate where the problem lies… I would recommend you to contact us using the contact form at our website. We may require the login to access your site.

    Hi Team,

    I had the same issue. My form created is vanished. I cant able to edit the form what I created. It shows only basic form in admin.

    But in Frontend site all the form fields are displaying.

    Is there any issue in admin.

    Need your help asap.

    Have you installed latest version of Pie Register on your website ? Please send us screenshot of your registration form of both backend and frontend.
