I have created a registration for with the form editor, however I am having front end problems with it.

The form is not showing up the way I created it. It is showing up with the default options and when you fill in the form and hit submit it then brings up the red box with the errors saying your missing fields and the form I created is then showing.

Please help me fix this.

Never-mind, the changes just needed to propagate.

Please try to deactivate all other plugin, switch to twenty fourteen
theme and let us know if the problem persist,

then one by one activate other plugins, may be it would be a plugin or
theme!
