Im using: https://pieregister.com/pie-register-registration/ for registration on the site.

But every time i enter the shortcode i am redirected to the home page.

How can i fix this?

Hello,

When you’re logged in, you can not view the PR Login/Registration pages by default. This is a configuration settings and can be updated in General settings page.

so to look into the Registration pages you will either need to use a different browser then where you are logged in.
