I just started using your plugin and noticed it is causing my site to load extremely slow. By using gtmetrix, the waterfall graph shows a huge gap of 1min. It only occurs if I enable the plugin.

Thanks for posting out the issue. Well, there might be a conflict with PR and your theme or active plugin that causing this slowness. Try deactivating other plugins and switch your theme to catch the problematic one.
