Maria TsilimidouParticipantHello.
I have activated Pie-Register on a subdomain of my website. Everything looks fine, apart from the notification e-mails. E-mails are not sent neither to the users upon their registration, nor to me to notify me on their registration.
How can I solve the problem?
Thank you.

Pie RegisterParticipantHello,
it likely is your server that’s causing the issue here. In the case,
it’s easiest to setup your email sending with SMTPThanks

Joseph RyanParticipantOK…. so how about taking a moment to elaborate… to explain & give us some insight as to HOW to activate the Postman SMTP. Perhaps, this might be the fix for the numerous others of us having similar problems with the notify/verify not working.

Pie RegisterParticipantYou simply need to install and configure an SMTP plugin (like WP MAIL SMTP). Fill in your Email login info (username/email, password, smtp port and host url) You can grab this info either from you mail provider or server administrator, once all set do a test if you have configured it correctly.
If you have any questions or trouble setting it up please contact us and we will happy to assist you.
Thanks
