I’m trying to get password reset to work on my site.
However, when a user gets an email of the form:
it changes to:
and shows the lost password page again.
Do you have any idea as to what the issue could be please?
What version of Pie-Register You are using?
I am using Version 2.0.13.
The only issue i see with your Reset password URL is: The URL is encoded!
That may be your email program issue.
Please try to switch modes!
Pie-Register >> user Notifications >> Forgot Password Template
So you think changing the email format from text to html (or vica versa) will stop the url being transformed into saying “Invalid Key”?
I tried you suggestion and it didn’t work. Any further suggestions on how to make the key valid?

This problem may limited to your own environment, I am assuming you have
latest version of Pie-Register installed. please use our contact form to
send over the login info if you’d like our engineers to figure out the
problem on your end.

I have the same problem! In addition I can say I get this message in the next screen: “Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.”
Any progress since November with this issue? Please, let me know! Thanks!
