    How do? I can put a drop down option by default

    Please go to form editor on right side there are 3 panels.
    Default (the WordPress Default Fields)
    Standard Fields
    Advanced Fields

    The drop down field should be in Standard Field panel you can drag it to
    your Form Editor Expand it options to add/delete options for it.
