How come this plugin is not included in the wordpress.org official plugin directory? Are there any issues with it that prevent it from being listed there?
No, nothing stops PR to be listed on WP Repo, we are working on a major release which will be out very soon, and then PR will be back on WP. After the release the PR version 2.0 will be deprecated. For now you can download the version 2.0. We only release important update to 2.0 until the 3.0 out.
