I noticed that PIE Register 3.0 is not compatible with WP 4.7.3. The visual editor does not function anymore.
– when is Pie Register compatible?
– How do I downgrade to PIE 2.0?
If needed I can provide system informationApril 6, 2017 at 8:47 am #10004979Andrew RoughParticipant
I have version 2.0.21 here an I just rolled back and do not see any issues.
I just removed 3.0 and uploaded this one.April 6, 2017 at 2:25 pm #10004984Pie RegisterParticipant
Apologize for the inconveneince you may had. We have just released an updated version 3.0.1 which has this issue fixed.
Also, if you would like to access any of the previous version of Pie Register, please go to the Download Center:

Hi Hasnain Abbas,
Can you tell how I upgrade without loosing all the forms and email reply’s I’ve edited?
I prefer not to do the work 2 times.
I tried on my test server to remove the 3.0 version and install the 3.0.1 version but this creates a clean install.

My work around for 3.0:
– Deactivate Pie register
– Make the posting
– Activate Pie register
Hope this helps.

Just tested 3.0.1 when it showed as a plugin to be updated.
Same problem exists: When editing a page the visual editor does not work. All changes are ignored
Deactivating Pie 3.0.1 makes editing with the visual editor possible.
