Hey,

This is a great free plugin and I’m sure I’m being extraordinarily thick, but it’s been a long day. I’m trying to set up the registration form but I can’t figure out how to add multiple values to either the multiselect or checkbox form elements. It seems like you get one display value and the corresponding value and that’s it. How do I add more than one?
