the web site is “stuck” at login for users, I am not sure where to find logout code or where that is supposed to be?

In the meantime I placed a link in the widget, but it looks really tacky.

Hello,

I guess you have added the link manually, anyways you can add this query
string to any of your Site URL, and your the link will become the logout
URL:
?piereg_logout=true

i.e:
http://yoursite.com/blog/?piereg_logout=true
