AJ ThomasParticipantHello,
Thanks for a great plugin.
On my site the Login form’s Username field and the Password field are different sizes.
Is there a way to correct this?
Thanks,

Pie RegisterParticipantHello,
It seems that there is conflict with your theme’s CSS and PR CSS, you
may disable PR to output CSS at General Settings page to see if it works. Thanks

AJ ThomasParticipantThanks for the help, but I am sorry to say that disabling the PR didn’t help.
Can you direct me in what to search for to see if I can correct the problem in the css of my theme?
I also have an issue with these little arrows overlapping the field labels when the register form displays. I cannot fix it by adding spaces to the beginning of the field labels in the form editor so they do not overlap.
This is not an emergency but any help you can give would be very appreciated.
Thanks,

Pie RegisterParticipantHello,
Please search for “Output CSS” and see if it’s off, when this option is
off your Theme’s CSS applied on PR Form also If you could send over the
URL of pages we can help you fix this issue. Thanks

AJ ThomasParticipantHello,
I found in general settings the ‘Output CSS’ and it is set to ‘Yes’.
I have not searched through my actual theme files yet.
You can see the different size username and password boxes in the footer of the page at http://AllergyTreatmentSystems.com and also at http://AllergyTreatmentSystems.com/ats-and-numix-software-support which you can get to by clicking the support link at the top of the home page.
You can see the little arrows and the overlap with the field names I mentioned when you click on the register link.
Thanks again for your help,

Pie RegisterParticipantYes this is the option you have to turn off
Thanks
May 12, 2015 at 2:13 am #10003457
AJ ThomasParticipantTurning that option off makes everything WAY worse.
Turned it back on.
Any other advice, or do I just need to live with it / fix it myself?

Pie RegisterParticipantOk just looked into your page, your theme is setting styles for TEXT and EMAIL type fields that’s why the two boxes are different on your page.
To counter this, if you like to make what your theme sets for email to password field please add this to your custom css box:input[type="password"] { background-color: #fff; border: 1px solid #dadada; box-shadow: 1px 1px 3px #eee inset; color: #717171; font-family: "Arial",Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 13px; margin: 0; padding: 13px 15px 10px; }Thanks
