Hi,

its possible for my old users, who registered before I start using Pie Register show a link to Paypal? Its basicaly the same link like in Pending Email.

Well by default it is not allowed. However, you would need to add
pending payment flag for each users in users meta table Database. Please
only do it if you know what you are doing. You should backup your
database first before making any changes though.
