    Hi,

    first of all, congrats and thanks for the great plugin.

    Then, I think I have a problem with the plugin installation or a conflict with other plugin.
    When I go to the form editor, I receive a Javascript error:

    Chrome:

    Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function
    (anonymous function) @ pb.js?ver=4.2.2:73
    m.Callbacks.j @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.2.2:2
    m.Callbacks.k.fireWith @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.2.2:2
    m.extend.ready @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.2.2:2
    J @ load-scripts.php?c=0&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,plupload&ver=4.2.2:2

    Firefox:

    TypeError: $ is not a function
    $(document).on('click', '.show-hide-container', function () {
    ...
    pb.js?ver=4.2.2 (line 73, col 4)

    And no javascript functionality works: the edit buttons, the drag feature or the Fields Menu.

    I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the plugin but I have the same problem.

    Can you help me with the issue?

    Thanks in advance
