Hi,
When I try to add an invitation code I get the following warnings. The invitation code is created but with blank Code Name field. Can you please fix it soon?

UPDATE: After submitting a registration form without invitation codes, I got the same warnings this time for pie-register/classes/base.php on line 798. The registration returned the message for success. The new account was in the user’s list. Once I verified it I had the same warnings on pie-register/classes/base.php on line 798. Trying to login the password is wrong and the forgot password page is wordpress’.
