Import CSV File with Chinese

    Hi

    I’d like to import some users. Some of them has Chinese First name and Surname. I edited the CSV in excel file and uploaded the CSV file. They are all imported , however the all Chinese names are displayed as question mark(?).

    Is there any solution to this ?

    Hello,

    Please make sure the file encoding and your site encoding are same.. probably UTF-8
