Hello!! I have a problem with the plugin. Create a form with custom data, it shows me perfect, but when I want to edit I disappear all the fields created.
If I choose preview they are still seeing but I can not edit them.

Please provide us list for all plugins and name of active theme listed in our help page, and check if there are any error showing in console log and share the screenshot with us.
