An email address with a capital is not accepted as a valid email address.
My users do use their address from an exchange account where they use capitals in the name part (before the @).
I am aware that email addresses should be lower case and upper cases are reformatted to lower case. PR does not seem to do that.
My suggestion is to change the upper case letters to lower case and then check the address.
