Hi, first of all, thanks for the plugin!

I realized that the Import/Export tool provided by the plugin is not exporting the custom registration fields created in the Form Editor. Am I missing something? The Import/Export admin page says “Now you can export all users with custom fields with a particular date range in a CSV file!”, so I suppose there is a bug somewhere. I opened the CSV file and the custom fields are missing.

I am afraid Custom Fields could not be exported at the moment perhaps, we will add this feature in our future releases.

Please consider adding the export functionality; it is the reason I chose the plugin. In the meantime, perhaps you should remove the incorrect wording in your admin page: “Now you can export all users with custom fields with a particular date range in a CSV file!”

Well, In free version the import/export of complete user data is not available until now.

The pro version has better export option however, the pro version is not out yet. if you want this to be done for you with free version, you can contact us using Contact Us form and we will happily write the script for you.

Thank you I will make note of this. We ended up installing VFB to get around the issue.
