Thanks for reaching out. Replacement Keys are added/Updated in to the drop down as you add or delete the Fields to Form Editor.

I want to take a last user number in the database as a customer number for new registered user, then this customer number will send for welcome notification.

Hello,

I am afraid you can not pull the last user details to the PR Email Templates unless you modify the plugin file which is not a recommended solution since you need to mount the code every time the plugin gets updated.
