Where can I adjust this text-color? and the back-groundcolor of this text?

Okay its accessible now, I see that your theme css is overriding PR text color, please put the following CSS in Custum CSS box of Pie-Register Settings page.

.piereg_warning {
  color: #ffffff !important;
}
