I added fields in the registration form to make a test. I delete them but when I click Save changes and deleted , the deleted fields reappear !
how do I remove those fields ?

I am assuming that you know some of the fields you can not delete from the registration form that including username, password, email. Please make try to drag the unwanted fields on the right area where you drag it from.
If it not helps, Please go to general settings page scroll to the bottom, Click on Yes to delete the settings on uninstall, save changes. Then please install and re-install the plugin.
