I am working on this option:

Block WP-Login Pages Yes or No
Set this to Yes if you would like to block WP Login. You must select alternate pages.

Where do I set the alternative page??? There is no option that shows up in General Settings.

You can set the Alternative pages for Login, Registration etc under URL Settings at General Settings page.
