Block WP-Login Pages Yes No Set this to Yes if you would like to block WP Login. You must select alternate pages.

I’m also not able to disable the CAPTCHA login requirement. I change the setting, and CAPTCHA still shows on the form.

I have no other security plugins conflicting with this.

Hello,

You can set the Alternative pages for Login, Registration etc under URL Settings at General Settings page. And if you set the Captcha to NONE at General Settings it should not display there, please make sure the page is not being cached.
