Not a real important issue but I want to mention it:
The mail send to the administrator is not in HTML format but text. In the settings HTML format is selected.

Example e-mail text:
Bcc

<p>Details are given below:</p>

<p>Username : tester<br />
Email : bla@somewhere.nl<br />
Adress: Address : Groteveld 1a<br />City : Zwolle<br />Zip : 1234XX<br />Country : Netherlands<br /></p>

(Changed personal information)

It appears that you pasted HTML in the editor without pressing the “Source” button.

The html codes is what I see in the mail.
