When I registered to this forum I got “Thank you for your registration. An Email has been sent to you, please follow the instructions given to activate your account.” displayed.

This is completely missing on my page. Where can this be set?

You can set the thank you message in Pie-Register >> Form Editor >>
Submit Button >> edit
