hi Pie Register?
 
I’m absolutely a new hand to WordPress, and have just bought a professional verison of it. I’m sorry but I can see only one default editable registration Form in the Manage Forms table. I think there should be four DEFAULT forms there.would you please kindly let me know how to add default login?forget password and Profile Page form pages to the table?

If you have bought Pie Register Pro license then please open your ticket at Ticket Based Support with the same email address you buy Pro version.
