The community version of Pie Register has a Math CAPTCHA as well but if you really wanna make sure no bots manage to get into your website then the Pro version of Pie Register allows you to have access to advanced CAPTCHA options such as Honeypot.

With Pro, another option is Customizable Login Security which shows CAPTCHA after a certain number of failed login attempts which can be set and altered by the Admin.
