    It’s possible that user is not registered with current PR registration form.

    Hi Peter,

    Please check in your form settings there is also an option to set verification, make sure that option is set to default so the verification set in PR Settings page work.

    Hello,
    Your html contains HTML tags which are restricted now. You can use inline styling instead.
    Only HTML tags return by WP function below are allowed.
    wp_kses_allowed_html(‘post’)

    Hi Daniel,

    You can change text of the submit button by editing submit button from PR Registration Form Settings.

    Hi Karol,

    You can check and edit all user notifications templates from PR menu > Notifications > User Notifications. Please see if that notification email body content is present or empty.

    Hi,

    Can you please also share screenshot of browser console if there is any error ? Also, see if there are any errors in PR error log. Find in PR menu > Help > Version > Error Log.

    Hi Adnan,

    You have used woocommerce for checkout which has it’s own billing and shipping fields.
    Does these fields were also added in your Pie Register registration form ? and if these were PR form fields then please check user profile page if data was saved.

    Hi,

    The Problem could probably be that on the Server, the PHP Setting for allow_url_fopen may have been configured differently: 0 for example. You need to edit php.ini file, if you have access to it.

    allow_url_fopen = ON
    allow_url_include = ON

    Hi Diego,

    Pie Register provides profile page, where it shows user information. Below is the PR shortcode for user profile, if you want to use it on any other page.
    [pie_register_profile]

    Make sure in form settings, field option “Show in Profile” should be enable for a field you want to show in PR User Profile.
