Ben WinterParticipantWhen a user registers they are sent to PayPal to make a payment. When they return they aren’t automatically verified like they used to be.
PayPal was sending notification emails saying that things were changing and that the IPN was failing. The subject line: PayPal Instant Payment Notification Warning
The message:
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:http://domain.com/?action=ipn_success
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Any ideas why it was failing and why it still continues to not verify users?
Thanks,
